Reference Plan
A Reference Plan is a plan deposited on title at the Registry Office. The plan is used for severance purposes, to define easements or to describe a parcel of land.
Boundary Survey
A Boundary Survey is a survey for the express purpose of locating the corners and boundary lines of the subject parcel of land.

about our company
In 1993 Edward J. Williams (Ted) purchased Huntsville and Burk’s Falls operations from former partners at Dearden, Stanton, Stones and Strongman Limited. In 2002, E.J. Williams Surveying purchased Eero Halinen Limited, in South River, Ontario and has carried on operations in the northern district of our area.
